FAQs

Is life coaching therapy?

No, life coaching isn’t therapy. Think of it this way: therapy helps you look back at the past to understand your present, while life coaching focuses on where you are now and how to get to the future you want. If you’ve worked through your grief (even if moments of sadness still come up) and feel ready to embrace the next chapter of your life, I’m here to help you make that happen.

Do you only work with widows and divorcees?

I focus on supporting widows and divorcees because I deeply understand the challenges of losing a partner. That said, as a life coach, my experience goes beyond that—I help people from all walks of life improve their well-being, boost productivity, and build stronger relationships. So yes, while my heart is with widows and divorcees, I’m here to help anyone ready to create a more fulfilling life.

What can I expect when working with you?

You can expect a safe, judgment-free space where you're seen, heard and supported. Each session is led by your unique needs. We begin by exploring your VIA Character Strengths. Then, I blend intuitive insights with thoughtful and powerful questions to help you gain clarity about who you are, what you truly want, and how to move toward it with confidence. You just bring your whole self - grief, hope, confusion, curiosity - and together, we’ll shape a bold, beautiful vision for what’s next.

This isn’t about me leading the way—it’s about walking beside you as you do the courageous work of rediscovering yourself after loss or transition. Whether you're navigating life after widowhood or divorce, I’m here to support you as you step into your full identity and begin creating a life that feels whole, meaningful, and completely your own.

Do you only offer one-on-one coaching or can I bring a friend?

I offer both. Although one-on-one coaching is a powerful way to go deep and personal, I also encourage, small group coaching (up to 6 participants). Participating in group coaching with women who want to grow together and support each other can be just as transformative as one-on-one coaching.

How is payment handled?

Payment is simple and flexible. You can either pay in advance for each session or choose a monthly membership option and be billed automatically at the first of the month. You choose a membership that includes either one or two coaching sessions per month plus access to a self-paced course designed to support your personal growth between sessions. Whichever option you choose, I'll send you a secure link to complete your payment online.
