Coaching That Begins With You
Coaching is a partnership centered on you - your experiences, your questions, and what matters most in your life right now.
You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or a plan for what comes next.
Together, we create space to explore what you're experiencing, recognize the strengths you bring, and consider possibilities you may not have noticed before.
You bring your knowledge of your own life. I bring my coaching experience, thoughtful questions, and tools that support reflection and discovery. Together, we explore what feels meaningful to you and how you might put those discoveries into practice.

What Coaching Together Looks Like
My coaching programs offer a thoughtfully designed experience, with opportunities to explore different aspects of your relationship with yourself, the influences on your choices, and what matters to you in this season of life.
Each session has a focus, but there's room for your own experiences, questions, and discoveries. Sometimes something you've noticed between sessions becomes an important part of our next conversation. When that happens, we explore how it connects to the work we're doing together.
My role is to be your discovery partner. I bring professional coaching experience, thoughtful questions, and tools that support reflection and exploration. You bring your knowledge of your own life.
Together, we consider what matters to you, what choices are available, and what those choices might mean for your life.
I won't tell you what decisions to make or what your life should look like. The structure provides a path for exploration, but the discoveries and choices belong to you.
Each program is a complete coaching experience in its own right. You don't have to arrive at a particular answer by the final session for the experience to be meaningful.

Start with a brief application so I can learn a little about you. Once reviewed, you'll receive an invitation to schedule your complimentary consultation.
Not sure which fits? You don't have to decide on your own. We'll talk it through during your complimentary consultation.
Your Questions Are Welcome
What happens during the complimentary consultation? Our 30-minute Zoom conversation is an opportunity for us to get acquainted. You can share what's bringing you to coaching, ask questions, and learn more about how we might work together. We'll also explore whether coaching feels like a good fit for you. There's no obligation to enroll, and you don't need to make a decision during our conversation.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before we begin? Not at all. You may have a particular concern you'd like to explore, or you may simply sense that something in your life needs attention. Our coaching sessions provide opportunities to reflect, discover what matters to you, and develop greater clarity along the way. You don't need to have all the answers before you begin.

How is coaching different from therapy? Therapy and coaching serve different purposes. Therapy may help you address mental health concerns, emotional distress, and experiences from your past. Coaching focuses on helping you better understand yourself, explore what's important to you, and make choices that better reflect who you are and how you want to live. Your past experiences may naturally come into our conversations, but our work together is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.
How do I know which coaching program is right for me? You don't have to make that decision on your own. During our complimentary consultation, we can talk about what brings you to coaching, what you're hoping to explore, and how each program is designed. I'll answer your questions and help you understand your options. You'll decide which experience, if either, feels right for you.
Let's Have a Conversation
You don't have to know exactly what comes next to begin exploring what's possible. If you're ready to make space for yourself, your questions, and what matters to you, I'd welcome the opportunity to meet you.
Let's start with a conversation. No pressure. No obligation. Just an opportunity to see whether coaching feels right for you.
